Well said, Michael.

I'm glad you brought Paul's quote into the posting. Certanly, we believe God has given us strengths and talents to be used in His Service. Naturally, then, we should focus on those areas for which we are best suited. However, I believe that God sometimes places us into situations that call for us to operate in an area of our weakness.. And, that could be a time of testing to see if we are willing to be surrendered in our Spirit so that HE can be the focus as HE operates through us. To HIM be all glory and honor!!

For so long the Body has focused on weakness that we have forgotten that the Lord has given us both. We need to keep balanced our lives. Looking to glorify the Lord in whatever circumstance we find ourselves in. To often we forget we are King's children and don't live accordingly. Be blessed and be a blessing.

This is something I have been struggling with (boundaries), probably all of my life. I have been blessed to finally realize this now, but am having a great deal of difficulty determining what my strengths actually are. Any thoughts or direction on this?

Rick: There are many ways to identify your strengths. Most people can identify them but sometimes just need help in knowing how. In my profession, Career Counseling this is one of the first steps we take with clients. If you would like to talk about how this is done, feel free to send me an email. Blessings!
