I am pleased that the message has taken this direction because it means that new and innovative solutions can be brought to bear and everyone wins. I must add though that your creative mind and experience has put you in a different league than myself. I could not, in all likelihood, come up with a solution that you did in your IPA. I am attempting to negotiate a joint venture and being creative yet 'smart' is imperative. Thanks for opening my mind to new concepts and ideas.
