Two Important Situations…

April 21st, 2008

Greetings my dear friends…

Today I want to make a special request of you. A man who many of us have been enriched by for decades, Zig Ziglar is going in for a procedure to remove water from his head that has been affecting balance and short term memory since his fall down a flight of stairs nearly a year ago.

His son Tom and I have been in communication about Zig’s procedure and I told him we would ask our subscribers to be praying for him today. You can read the details of what is going with Zig today and again on Friday here. My request is that you would join me in praying for him throughout the day.

Also, Pastor Sunday Adelaja will meeting with several members of the US Senate in Washington before he flies to Dallas for the Synergize conference, where we will be meeting with him. Please pray for him that God will put His words on Pastor Sunday’s lips and that the senators have ears to hear the sound God intends for them.

Don’t miss tomorrow’s teleseminar with Pastor Sunday. It will be life changing for many of you. We are offering one time only for free but I would ask that you kindly post your feedback on the blog so others will hear your perspective on the message.

Blessings,

Michael

An Exclusive Conversation with Zig Ziglar

February 14th, 2008

Congratulations my friend,

You’re on the short list.

You’re among an exclusive group of leaders with a free pass to see a conversation that will change the way you look at your life.

Zig Ziglar looking at his Wall of GratitudeUndoubtedly, you’ve heard of the guy we’re talking to. His name is Zig Ziglar.

There’s a good chance you might be among the millions of people who have seen Zig speak. If not, you’ve probably read one of his many best-selling books, or read his syndicated articles. However, our interview with Ziglar isn’t about promoting conferences or selling books or CDs.

It’s about life.

Few people have a more unique or inspiring view on life than Zig Ziglar. At 81 years of age, Zig Ziglar has a joyful perspective about life that’s contagious - even in times of difficulty.

Last year, Zig had a terrible accident that left his family wondering if he’d make it. Tumbling down a steep flight of stairs, he hit his head on the marble floor below. Since his fall, he’s had to endure daily physical therapy, and has dealt with ongoing struggles both with his balance and his memory.

The circumstances have changed for Ziglar, but his wisdom and heart haven’t. In fact, since his accident, he returned to his speaking tour. His presentation is dramatically different, but the reaction has been astounding. Thousands of people have expressed gratitude for the opportunity to learn from the wisdom that Ziglar is sharing. People who have seen him speak before AND after his accident have remarked that there’s something different - something extra special - about what he has to say.

Not long ago, I was privileged to have the honor of being invited to visit the Ziglar headquarters and lead the morning devotions for the team. Afterward, I spent the morning chatting with Zig Ziglar and his son Tom Ziglar - the CEO of the Ziglar corporation. We had an intimate conversation, and I was able to ask some very specific questions. Questions about business life and family life. Success and failure. Questions about his faith. Zig’s answers were directed specifically to us, the Christian Business community, and Zig and Tom shared insights that you won’t hear on the podium.

This is a special interview that you don’t want to miss. It will be 1 PM EST next Thursday, February 21. Click here to get your free pass!

Sincerely,

Lunch With Zig Ziglar

January 22nd, 2008

I Had Lunch With Zig Ziglar…
Thanksgiving week, I had something new to be thankful for. On the Monday before Thanksgiving I was given the honor of leading the devotions for the Ziglar Corporation. Seated in the front row was Zig Ziglar himself and that in itself was both an honor and bit intimidating. After all, he is the all time best at communicating meaningful messages in a powerful way. Millions upon millions of people have been positively and in some cases radically changed by the messages they have heard from Zig.

His Example Humbled Me…
One of the things that impressed me most and quite humbled me was the fact that Zig was taking notes and asking questions! Here’s a man in his early eighties that has forgotten more than most people learn in a lifetime and remembers more than most people have stored on their hard drive… and he’s still in learning mode! He later explained in our recorded interview that not only does he read the Bible and newspaper everyday so he knows “what both sides are up to,” but he spends an average of four hours per day reading materials to help him grow.

A Terrible Accident…
What you may not know is that back in March, Zig fell down a 21-step staircase onto a marble floor and experienced a serious concussion. Suddenly, life was very different for him at 80 years of age… he no longer moved with the energy of a 65-year-old man. His balance was impacted and his short-term memory was “really short,” as he likes to say, but he’s still as optimistic and loving as ever. Almost overnight he aged 15-plus years and began the struggle to overcome and live with a brain injury. The grace with which Zig has embraced the struggle is deeply moving and very inspiring. Make sure you watch the video or listen to the audio to see what I am talking about.

Tom Ziglar, the CEO of Ziglar Corporation has a powerful vision of seeing his father’s legacy bring about true transformation in the lives of millions of folks around the world and intends to spend the rest of his life working on that project with the many wonderful team members at Ziglar. He went on to tell me about a project Zig had recorded where Zig lays out all the Biblical foundation for his most popular teachings in an openly Biblical format. He calls it Christian Motivation for Daily Living and it is simply fabulous. As a Christian, I feel it may be the best collection of motivational teachings from a Biblical perspective ever recorded.

All for you…
In fact I am so impressed with the spirit I saw in Zig that we asked for a special offer package we could send to everyone on our list. I wanted the best offer possible and declined on any revenue share so they could offer you an amazing deal. It’s that important. The nice thing is that it includes THREE bonus gifts to send clients, friends or loved ones and the investment is still under $100! I suggest you don’t wait too long because the bonus gifts are for the first 200 customers who accept their offer. Click here for details.
